Telemetry Hardware for the complete project cycle from conception to completion. The role of SCADA Engineering in project management is to define, schedule, cost, manage and finally be responsible for the successful delivery of the project on time and on budget.

As with all projects conducted by SCADA Engineering, review points are defined as an aid to measure the ongoing progress of any project. The results of these review points can be reflected in changes to the project.

Throughout the entire process the customer’s requirements remain at the forefront, with a continuous consultative process implemented to maintain open communications between the customer and the project manager.
